Exchange / Return Policy
Please go through these terms and conditions to avoid any inconveniences in future.
- We offer full refund/ exchange services within 2 days of receipt if the item you have received is damaged/faulty, and not used. However, we do not offer refund or exchange on sale items. Your refund/exchange request will be processed if you get the faulty/damaged item in sale/discount offer.
- Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
- We will not offer refund or exchange if you dont like the product. You can ask for real images from all angles and dimensions before you make a purchase. We love to remain transparent.
- The sizes mentioned are accurate to ~1cm. You can request in hand images through our social media handles.
Initiate Return/ Exchange Process:
1. Reach out to the customer service via social media handles or 0092 310 4413700 with your proof of order, such as invoice and tracking sent via email and SMS.
2. Share images or videos with customer service with your complaint type clearly visible. Complaints will only be catered if they align with our above mentioned policy.
3. In case of refunds, it will take 2 to 3 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that you will be refunded through the same payment channel through which payment was initially made. If the order was on COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be asked for Bank Details for refund process
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Izhar has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
