1. We offer full refund/ exchange services within 2 days of receipt if the item you have received is damaged/faulty, and not used. However, we do not offer refund or exchange on sale items. Your refund/exchange request will be processed if you get the faulty/damaged item in sale/discount offer.

3. The sizes mentioned are accurate to ~1cm. You can request in hand images through our social media handles.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Izhar has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
